We also work out which listings are the same flat advertised in two places, which is a great many of them. Every enquiry goes to the original poster or portal, never to us.
Match your lease to your permission to stay
Every other rental site asks your budget first. In Thailand the question that decides your lease, your deposit and your tax residence is which visa you hold. We never ask your nationality and we never store your answers, because we do not need them and collecting them would only put you at risk.
The Hua Hin Rent Index
Nobody publishes what Hua Hin actually rents for. Not the portals, not the agents, not the government. Each of them publishes its own adverts and stops there. So we do the thing none of them do: pool every source into one sample and measure it. Median asking rent by size and by area, with the spread beside it so one outlier cannot pass for a market, and a price per square metre wherever the floor area is stated. We also publish how far each source repeats itself, and how much of one portal is already on another, which together are the honest answer to how big this market really is. Asking prices are not achieved rents, and we say so.
Tell the town what you are looking for
The supply side of this market is opaque and always has been. So publish the demand instead. Post your dates, your budget and the two or three things that actually matter to you, and the people with empty apartments come to you. We never ask your visa status, nationality or passport.
The Season Exchange
Hua Hin's real problem is not price, it is the calendar. Owners want European money from November to March and sit empty from April to October, while remote workers and Bangkok renters are flexible about exactly those months. Nobody has put the two calendars on one screen before.
Where the rent actually is
Nobody publishes a rent map of Hua Hin, because until now nobody had coordinates for the listings. One of our sources states them, so every listing that carries a real position is plotted on the street map below against what it asks, with each area's median on its neighbourhood. The map is built from OpenStreetMap and served from this site, so opening it sends nothing about you to a map company.

This module indexes every rental shop in town on the four things that decide whether a cheap rental stays cheap: the real monthly rate rather than the daily one, whether the shop takes your passport as collateral, what the insurance actually covers, and how scratches are charged when you return it. We hold no bookings and take no commission. You deal with the shop.

What none of them print is which price includes the national park fee, which quotes the Thai rate to you and then collects the foreigner rate at the gate, and which operator actually owns the boat. We index the price, the inclusions and the operator, and you book with them directly. We are not a tour agent and take no commission.
